Thanks for the great tips, Lorie. I may just have to set up a workwalking workstation at home.

I love making the best use of my time. What a great idea! I have a treadmill with two bars - so a shelf may work for me. I just may be able to exercise while I write now. I've been trying to fit my workout in while I help my daughter with her homework. But this is right before dinner - and can be a bit stressful ... especially since I'm the cook too!
    Thanks Lorie!

Link is working now, thank you for the head's up, Chris.

I love this article. I had tried to use my exercise bike, but I guess you cant regulate the speed. The only prob with the treadmill is that it takes so much space. Any advice Lorie?

Hi Inspirity, I agree, treadmills take up a lot of space. I wouldn't think working would be feasible on an exercise bike. I am not sure what to tell you if you don't have space... maybe consider another room instead of the one you originally planned?

    Glad you enjoyed the article!
